Our condo is on the 16th floor in a perfect position overlooking the Gulf, whether from the balcony or through the floor\-to\-ceiling windows in the living room\. Nearly 2,000 sq\. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished\. 



Amenities: Our unit has full\-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with Ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room with additional flat\-screen TVs in the bedrooms\. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay\!\!



Laundry room has a full\-size washer and dryer\. There are two master bedrooms with King beds, the third bedroom has two Queen beds, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10\.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced\-in kiddie pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof\-top tennis courts\. 



We also have the condo next door should you need more space\!



The nearby Wharf and Tanger Outlets feature world\-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, including outdoor concerts by nationally\-known artists\.



Parking:  Parking pass\(es\) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle\. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass\(es\)\.   Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season\.
