This is a premium unit and one of the best Views at Phoenix West\!\!\! 



Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf\! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor\-to\-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom\. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and furnished with 2 King Beds, a Queen and two twin beds\!\!



The unit is professional decorated with full\-size appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, 52” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer\. The large balcony offers the perfect spot to watch the sun go down over the Gulf\!\!  We have also upgraded the condo with new tile in the bedrooms\!\!



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced\-in kiddy pool, heated in\-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state\-of\-the\-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof\-top tennis courts\.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation\.



Parking:  Parking pass\(es\) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle\. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass\(es\)\.   Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season\.
