When you need a little downtime, a huge flatscreen TV is just the ticket, and the setup is also perfect for family game nights\. 

Keeping everyone fed is easy in the fully\-stocked kitchen, with warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for meal prep, including both single\-cup and full\-pot coffee makers\. There’s also a matching wet bar with an ice maker, blender, and open glass shelving, the perfect spot to set out post\-beach drinks and snacks\. When it’s time to dine, there are three stools at the huge breakfast bar, as well as a six\-person table in the Gulfview dining room\. 

With three spacious bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home easily accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families\.
