Enjoy the spectacular views from the pirate Gulf\-front balcony or through the floor\-to\-ceiling windows in the unit\. At over 1,950 sq ft, the condo is very spacious, featuring new flooring throughout, updated furnishings, and a touch of beach luxury\. The unit is appointed with full\-size appliances, a tiled kitchen kick plate, a wet bar with an ice maker, a 75" Roku SMART TV in the living room, a 50" HDTV in the master bedroom, and 42" HDTVs in both the second and third bedrooms\. The laundry room comes equipped with a full\-sized washer and dryer\. The kitchen includes expansive granite countertops and custom cabinetry\. For sleeping arrangements, there are 2 master bedrooms with king beds, a third bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional bedding\.
