## Description
We have just replaced the living room furniture with a new Lazy Boy complete furniture set, as well as new bar stools and new guest mattresses\. Two coffeemakers; one Keurig and one standard coffeemaker\. There are new cabinets and granite countertops throughout the unit including the kitchen, wet bar and all four bathrooms as well as new tiled showers in the master and hall bathrooms\. All bathrooms have comfort height toilets and vanities\.

This third\-floor condo units has direct access to parking, stairways and elevators\. All this with floor\-to\-ceiling glass that overlooks the pool, lazy river and gulf\.
