Be one of the first to vacation at the best condo at Phoenix West\. Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river\. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor\-to\-ceiling windows in the unit\. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished\. You can also park directly on the 7th floor and avoid the elevators\!



We also have the two 3br Units directly next door, 706 and 707 should you need additional condos for larger groups\.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full\-size appliances, wet bar, 50'' flat screen HDTV with DVD in living room with surround sound, a master with a king bed and a 42'' flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the master, a second bedroom with a king bed and a 42'' TV, a third bedroom with two queen beds and a 42' TV with DVD player, laundry room with full size washer and dryer\.  We have sleeping for 8 on the beds but we do allow occupancy up to 10 if small kids would like to sleep on the sectional sofa\.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced\-in kiddy pool, heated in\-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state\-of\-the\-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof\-top tennis courts\. We also have the condo next door, perfect for large families\!\!



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation\.

Parking:  Parking pass\(es\) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle\. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass\(es\)\.   Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season\.
