With an open layout, the kitchen is the heart of the home\. It has plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, both single\-cup and full\-pot coffee makers, and a huge breakfast bar with seating for four\. There is also an accompanying wet bar with an ice maker and beverage fridge – the perfect drink and snack station\. Around the corner is the designated dining space, where a table for eight awaits amidst a backdrop of park views\.
