There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X\. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool\. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing\.



Come relax on the spacious 7th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access and granite countertop in the master bath\! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom\. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, and new cabinetry\. Tile backsplash, and granite countertops in the fabulous kitchen\.  We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls\. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora\-Bama\!

Parking:  Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle\. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival\. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass\. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes\. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot\.
