This unit is perfectly located on the 7th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico\. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 7th floor\. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay\!\!  In the Winter of 2024 we added new bedroom furniture, new polywood balcony furniture and painted the condo\!\!



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast\. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach\.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X\. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool\. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing\.



Come relax on the spacious 7th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed\. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4\. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls\. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora\-Bama\!

Parking:  Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle\. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival\. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass\. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes\. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot\.
