This is a Premium unit\. Come relax on the spacious 8th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access and marble countertop in the master bath\! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom\. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, and new cabinetry\. Tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the fabulous kitchen\.  We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls\. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora\-Bama\!

Parking:  Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle\. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival\. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass\. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes\. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot\.
