This unit is perfectly located on the 9th floor and on the East side of the complex conveniently close to the parking garage\.

Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast\. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach\.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X\. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a new outdoor pool\. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing\.



 Come relax on the spacious 9th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access\! There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room\. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry\. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls\. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora\-Bama\! 



We also have another 2br unit next door should you need more room\.



Parking:  Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle\. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival\. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass\. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes\. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot\.
