The Village Square at Pico is a family\-oriented community, primarily enjoyed by owners who value a peaceful, safe, and quiet environment\. To maintain the integrity of the community, the Association has implemented the following rules:

Minimum Age Requirement:
• Renters must be at least 25 years old to occupy a unit\.
Quiet Hours:
• Enforced daily from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a restful environment\.
No Pet Policy:
• Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property\.

The Association reserves the right to issue fines or take other enforcement actions if these rules are violated\. While we aim to resolve any concerns directly with the unit owner or rental agency whenever possible, the Association may intervene immediately if the situation requires it\.
