The cabin was constructed in 2020, with all new decor, furniture and appliances\.  This mountain chic home is designed for comfort, with two bedrooms, 1\.5 baths, sleeping up to six people\. A covered patio overlooks the river valley below, and mountains in the distance\. Electric grill on deck\. On the upper level of the home, are two bedrooms, each with king size bed\.  A three\-quarter bath with large shower serves the two bedrooms\. The kitchen is very well stocked and leads out to the patio\. Streaming TV only at this cabin\. Washer/Dryer, Central AC\. Access to the Pine River is by means of a short walk down a gently sloping hillside through pasture and woods\. The King Ditch, a large man\-made canal, used for downstream agricultural irrigation, is traversed by a bridge over the waterway\. After crossing the bridge, guests are very near the river’s edge, where there is a long stretch of wooded meadow and mixed shoreline of grass and river rock\. This is a fantastic private section of the Pine River, where the sound of mountain waters may be a rapid roar, or a gentle cascade, depending on the seasonal water flow level\. Catch and release fishing is excellent in several spots along the river\. This is a perfect spot to hone one’s fly\-fishing skills\. There are nice, flat areas for picnicking, lounging, short hikes in the river bottom and relaxing, outdoor fun\.
