This unit is ideally situated close to the community pool and offers free parking along with the added security of a 24\-hour guarded front gate\. Just a few minutes' drive away is Red Hook, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, as well as catch the ferry to St\. John\.

The condo is designed for your comfort and convenience, featuring a spacious and private layout\.
