ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 1\.5 bath\. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, half bath\. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
