This bungalow welcomes dogs\. While we clean thoroughly between every stay, this home may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies\. Guests with pet allergies assume responsibility when booking\.

\- Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
\- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles

\~ RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
\- Completed and signed rental agreement
\- Valid government\-issued identification on file
\- Point of Contact form
\- Security Deposit: $300 authorization hold \(automatically released a few days post\-checkout if no issues\)
