The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and the adjacent dining room makes it easy to gather for meals, games, or good conversation\.

The home offers three inviting bedrooms: a queen ensuite with its own private bathroom, a second queen bedroom, and a third with a fun pyramid bunk bed perfect for kids or the young at heart\. The queen and bunk bedrooms share a hallway bathroom\. 

Whether you're lounging inside or soaking in the private hot tub under the stars, you'll feel right at home\. Step out onto the spacious back deck and fire up the gas BBQ for an evening cookout, or hop on one of the provided bikes to explore over 30 miles of paved trails throughout Sunriver\. 

With access to all that Sunriver offers—river floats, biking, and nearby skiing or hiking—this home is your basecamp for year\-round adventure and relaxation\.
