Welcome to this bright and homey unit located in the heart of downtown Meredith, near the Town Docks\!

This beautifully remodeled space located on the second floor has been recently renovated and includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a built\-in bar\. The first bedroom features a queen\-sized bed with ample closet space\. The second bedroom is furnished with a full\-sized bed, under\-bed storage, and a bureau in the living room for additional space\. The living room, bathed in natural sunlight, offers a cozy reading nook and a built\-in bar stocked with glasses\. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs\.  A dining table that seats four and a coffee station are also provided\.

Parking is available for two cars, and additional trailer parking can be found across the street in a public lot\.

Please note: Sheets and towels ARE included in this rental\. Pets are welcome with prior homeowner approval\. Be prepared to share a photo of your four\-legged friend\. If accepted, there is a pet fee and a pet agreement to sign\.
