## Description
PodShare Venice is centrally located: on side are the Venice canals / boardwalk / beach and on the other side is Abbot Kinney with amazing food and shopping\.

The property has 10 parking spaces, a huge grassy backyard, full court basketball, volleyball, ping pong, bicycles, hammock, and picnic tables in a large fenced in back yard\. There is plenty of outside space to stretch out and enjoy the Venice weather\. 

Inside the co\-living space are custom\-built pods with stairways instead of ladders, personal night light, outlets with USB, storage area, sheets and the option to rent a towel from us during your stay\. In order to get a free towel rental, we ask for a follow on Facebook/Instagram or a paid rental fee of $6\.00 unless a towel is denied\. A twin pod only sleeps one person so if you would like to have a guest, they would need their own reservation with us\. 

The common areas include lockers, conference room, TV room with theater seating, 2 kitchens \(some free food in the "shared" section\), showers with free toiletries, fast WIFI, and iMac computers\. This is a great place to recharge yourself and batteries whether you are a tourist or just moved to the area and looking for a new path\. We do not have a minimum/max amount of time a guest can stay\. We encourage anyone interested to book a night with us and see if we are what you are searching for\! Please note, the pod is reserved just for you but all other areas such as kitchen, tv room, conference room, dining area, restrooms are all shared among current guests\. This listing is for the rental of one twin pod for however many nights you need but it is a shared space\. Come and meet new people, network and stay somewhere affordable in the most desired places in LA\! 

We uphold strict quiet hours from 10pm to 10am, and do not permit non\-registered guests, nor covering the pods for privacy\. The entire property is co\-ed\.

We do not allow minors to stay with us\. You must be 18 and older in order to be a guest\. 

Guest must have valid ID or Passport to check in otherwise we can not host\. We do not require a paid deposit but we do require a valid credit/debit card added to the reservation during check in to cover any incidentals that may occur during the stay\. The card must match the guest's name, or we would need prior authorization sent to us prior to arrival to coordinate check in\.
