• No Events or Weddings\- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted\. 
• Dog\-Friendly with Fee\- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog\. Just let us know in advance\!
• Boat Dock Info \- This condo does NOT have a boat slip
• Lake Levels May Vary\- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control\.
