Description:
This classic cabin style home has an open concept Living room, Kitchen, and Dining room space\. You will stay warm and toasty thanks to the nice fireplace while watching your favorite TV show or movie, especially on the new flat\-screen TV in the living room\. Relax on the deck off of the living room or in the new hot tub and enjoy the excellent view of the South Golf Course in this classic Sunriver home\.  Shopping, bike trails, and SHARC just a short distance from your home\.

Main Floor:
The main floor has the Living space, Kitchen, Dining and Laundry Closet with a stack washer/dryer\. There are two bedrooms on the main floor as well\.

Bedrooms:
Both of the bedrooms have king\-sized beds

Upstairs:

The Loft:
The Loft houses a set of Twin\-sized beds\.  There's also a full bath with Shower/Tub combo

Third Story:
Up a ladder, the third story has a single twin bed\.

Recreation Plus \(SHARC\) Passes: This home includes 6  Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill\.
