## Description
Enter this 4\-bedroom house through the foyer next to the garage, and step through to the the back yard or bear left into a brand new kitchen\. This home has been renovated extensively, so light and bright is the name of the game\. A large kitchen island holds seating for 7, while the dining area is off the kitchen to the left seats the same\. \(Ice maker not hooked up per H\.O\.\) Beyond the dining area is the living room, with an electric fireplace, flat\-screen TV, and AC, with the front door in between\.
Off the left edge of the kitchen is a short hallway leading to 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath \(with shower\)\. One bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 sets of bunk beds\. Off the right corner of the kitchen, find the stairs up to a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and another 3/4 bath\. Each bedroom and the kitchen have AC as well\.
