There are also communal BBQ grills on\-site and an herb garden to enjoy\.Upon arrival, you’ll find a white and blue parking pass in the unit for your vehicle\. If you have a second vehicle, please stop by the AOAO office on\-site for further instructions on where to park, as availability may vary depending on occupancy levels\. Failure to park in designated areas may result in fines and towing\.While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures\. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve\.Beginning April 15, 2026, a neighboring residence will be undergoing a remodel\. In addition, the property will be completing an exterior power washing and painting\. Noise levels are difficult to predict, however, there may be intermittent daytime disturbance
