With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 10 guests\. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided\. Multiple smart TVs and games make it easy to enjoy a cozy weekend indoors\. Summer is just around the corner\! Head outside to the spacious backyard with seating, seasonal pool \(typically mid\-May to mid\-September\) and hot tub\!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules\. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time \(unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance\)\. Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay\. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules\. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry\. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance \- dog friendly only; no cats \- maximum 2\. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets\. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check\-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged\. No Smoking \- minimum $250 fine\. Pool is seasonal, unheated, and there is no fence surrounding pool\. Basement bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunkbeds which are meant for children \- sheets are provided for the bottom bunk beds only \- if you would like to use the top bunks, please bring your own twin size sheets or sleeping bags\. Grill is a charcoal grill \- please bring your own charcoal if you wish to use it\.
