Port Lewes is located in Lewes Beach in a bay front community that features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pier\. This unit is a three\-story town home with a first floor bedroom and full bath\. On the second floor, guests will find the main living areas, which include an open flow from the kitchen through to the dining and living spaces\. This unit offers two balconies, one with a bay view\. The third floor features a master suite, plus one additional bedroom and bathroom\. This location is great for biking to the Cape Henlopen State Park or exploring the quaint town of Lewes\. But don't forget the bay in your backyard or the community fishing pier\! Parking for two cars per unit\. Cars must park underneath the unit\. 

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $153\.60 To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork\.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals\. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals\. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee\.
