Additional Notes:
1\- Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars\. Please do not park on the right side marked “Reserved for Caretaker\.”
2\- The owner lives in the attached ADU on the same property and has a private entrance\.
3\- The upstairs game room/library features a low railing\. For safety, parents must supervise children at all times when using this area\.
4\-Pets are welcome — up to 2 pets with a $150 per pet fee \(or $300 total for two\)\.
