Walk to Deer Valley lifts\! Conveniently located near Snow Park Lodge in lower Deer Valley\. This freshly redecorated Deer Valley condo comfortably sleeps 6\. Easy access to Park City Mountain and historic Main Street\. To access the Deer Valley Snow Park base area in the winter it's easy to take the parking lot shuttle\.

The main bedroom features a king bed, TV, two lounge chairs for reading and relaxing, and a private bath with large jetted tub\. There are two guestrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins which can be converted to a King bed with advanced notice\. The second bathroom has a double vanity\.

The gracious open floor plan has a full kitchen with dining table seating for 6 plus 4 counter stools, a spacious living room with wood\-burning fireplace and large windows looking out to the private deck\.

Large\-screen TV with media center, private washer/dryer\. Private outdoor seasonal hot tub on deck, open during winter season\. Option to request summer hot tub fill for $150; please order in advance\. Underground parking with elevator\. Moderate rating\.
