Starting with the exterior of Sunkissed, the paved driveway offers 4 parking spaces with a EV charging station\. The fenced in private spa sized pool, gas grill, and outdoor lounge area is located under the house\. Walking up the stairs leads to the covered deck with fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee\.

Walking into this tastefully decorated interior you are welcomed to the first floor\.
