Price Haus is a charming, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin on Lake Tahoe's West Shore, perfect for up to 4 guests\. Access to the seasonally\-available Tahoe Park HOA amenities, including a private beach and 2 piers, comes with this rental\.\*

From the parking area, 8 stair steps lead down to the entry way and living area, featuring a gas fireplace, plush sectional sofa, and large smart TV with streaming capabilities, but no cable TV\. Fully equipped, modern kitchen provides all you need to prepare and serve meals, with the adjacent dining table seating up to 6\. Large windows let in lots of natural light\. Two Queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, and laundry facilities are also on the lower / entry level\.

Upstairs there’s a second bathroom and large landing area with a futon\.

Wireless internet is included\.

Please note that this home does not provide a deck, patio or usable outside area\. No BBQ onsite\.

\- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
\- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
\- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
\- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by\. Fines range from $1,500\- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance\. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing\. 
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am\. No noise shall be heard across property lines\. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time\. Street parking is prohibited year\-round\.
