Just beyond the stunning island of Siesta Key,  known for  brilliant white  powder sand and turquoise waters this quaint and cozy home waits to welcome you\. Siesta Key is a virtual island paradise but this prime location is also only 10 min from Sarasota village and the number one beach in the USA\.  A perfect setting for a weekend getaway or even an extended stay\.    
The home is situated in the midst of towering oak trees that provide both ambiance and ample shade while still affording guest the opportunity to sunbathe\.  Extensive remodeling was completed just a month ago including beautiful plank flooring throughout and stainless steel appliances plus granite countertops in the lovely kitchen\.  Both bathrooms  were also part of the remodeled including tile showers and glass doors in the primary bedroom\.  Remote controlled  ceiling fans throughout make sure you stay cool and comfortable\. 
You'll enjoy a respite in the private back yard\. Walk to Publix or one of the five great restaurants, including Walt's  seafood restaurants \(BEST IN SARASOTA\)\. Siesta Village offers shopping, more top\-rated restaurants, entertainments, a vibrant nightlife and coffee shops  There are any number of special events  held throughout the year on the Key's famous beaches\.
