Eldred Manor is a cozy country retreat nestled in the heart of the Catskills, less than 2 hours from NYC\. This forest getaway is on a private, wooded 6\-acre lot in Eldred, NY, and the spacious modern colonial home offers serene dog and baby\-friendly space for up to two families\. Set down a quiet road, the house has 3 BRs and 3 full BA\. Bordering Eldred nature preserve and close to the Catskill’s top attractions, this is the perfect hub for a relaxing retreat or adventurous getaway\.

The space

The main living area is an open\-concept layout, perfect for hosting your next get\-together\! The stone fireplace is the focal point of the living room\. The dining room is right off the living room with a large farmhouse table that can seat up to 8\. The spacious kitchen has a palatial island and a fully stocked kitchen outfitted with Samsung appliances\.

Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms\. The primary is en suite with a shower, while the remaining two bathrooms are on the second and first floors respectively for the perfect amount of privacy\.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive wood deck outfitted with a propane grill, charcoal grill, outdoor seating for 5, and a smokeless fire pit which overlook the spacious and secluded backyard surrounded by stunning forest views\.
