This is a 2bdrm/1 bath upstairs apartment\. The unit has a large living room and fully equipped kitchen\. Please note that you will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment\. There are 2 cameras at the front door \(Ring and Amcrest\)\. These are to protect our property and NOT to spy on our guests\!

I can be reached by phone anytime except between 10pm and 7am\.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood located in the 1st Ward\.

You will need a car to get around\. You can park in the driveway when the owner isn’t using the downstairs unit\.

There are 2 outdoor cameras at the front door\. Do not block or obscure the cameras\.

We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform \(Truvi\)\) before your reservation can begin\. You will also need to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 or buy a damage waiver for $35 fee\. If you opt for the damage deposit, Superhog will charge you a $15 credit card processing fee\. The host does not collect any of those fees\.
