Lauderdale\. The beautiful Lauderdale beaches and Ocean Blvd\. are only 2 miles away, and Sebastian beach is just a bit farther, 4\.5 miles\. The well\-known “Cabanas Guesthouse & Spa” is literally around the corner, only a 3\-minute walk\. While you will find dozens of Airbnbs feet away from the Wilton Manors nightlife, we know you’re also coming to enjoy our beaches, so our claim to fame is the perfect location of our house between the bars and the ocean, while being just 8 miles from the airport\. Our well\-appointed 3/2 home is a fully\-renovated property with new everything, including a beautiful pool and resort\-like amenities and patio furniture that will truly make you feel like you’re on vacation whether you are or not\. Your bedroom features: \- brand new king bed with 2 soft and 2 firm pillows, \- 2 nightstands with lamps and USB A/C charging \- flat screen Smart TV with Alexa, Netflix/Hulu/Prime/Max, \- closet with luggage rack and hangers, \- small desk with supplies and wifi printing, \- Programmable safe, \- ceiling light and fan controlled with a remote\. Note: your bathroom is not inside or attached to your bedroom, but in the hall across your room\. IMPORTANT: You will be sharing our home, your room doesn’t have a private/external access\. For our security and yours, and that of our property, puppies and belongings, we DO NOT allow guests to bring visitors or unregistered guests of any kind into the property\. If you’re looking to entertain during your visit, we suggest you check out our private studio\. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ You have access to the whole house\. Pool, patio, dining and living rooms, kitchen, and the guest bathroom, which will be used only by you during your stay\. If we have friends or family visiting while you’re here, we’ll ask them to use our bathroom\. We don’t use the garage as such, so you won’t be able to park your car inside\. But\.\.\.there’s plenty of parking around the house \(corner lot\), and it’s very safe here\. We offer free Tesla EV battery charging\. You can help yourself to complimentary soft drinks in the small fridge in the patio; alcohol in our bar is out of limits\. We offer complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea to jumpstart your morning\. Pool towels are located in the patio, as well as sunblock and sunglasses if your forgot yours ;\) You can use fridge space in the kitchen to store your own food, and use the stove, ovens and appliances as needed\. We’re both semi\-retired and spend a lot of time at home \- so chances are you’ll see us most of the time you’re in the house, either inside or by/in the pool\. If you’re more of a loner or want your own space, that’s totally fine, feel free to hang out by yourself anywhere in the house\. If you want to hang out with us, that’s also totally fine too\. We’re very sociable and are happy if you want to join us to watch tv, or in the pool area, or hanging out with local friends that may visit us\. You’re also welcome to share a cup of coffee or even a drink with us if we’re all up for it :\) Coral Estates is a very quiet neighborhood in Wilton Manors built in the 50’s\. Both our streets \(we’re in a corner\) have very low traffic\. We’re 1 block away from 26th St, which has higher traffic, so while we’re close to everything, we’re far enough that there’s absolutely NO traffic noise at home\. We have a Publix at 0\.6 miles if you want to buy groceries, and a TON of wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and bars within 1\-2 miles\. We’ve compiled a list of our favorite spots in the House Manual that you’ll see in your bedroom when you check\-in\. We also have a Walgreens, CVS and a Starbucks just 0\.2 miles away\. The Ft\. Lauderdale \- Hollywood Airport \(FLL\) is less than 8 miles away, a 15\-30 minute drive\. Port Everglades is 12 miles away, about a 20 minute drive\. Miami International is 34 miles away, about 50 minutes \(heavy traffic route, so give yourself enough time\)\. If you need pickup/dropoff, we can do it for $40 to/from FLL or Port Everglades, and $70 to/from MIA \(includes tolls\), if we’re available\. Most places you’ll want to visit in the area are withing walking distance\. 26th St turns into Wilton Drive, the main strip of Wilton Manors, is only 0\.6 miles away, with the most popular places being not farther than 1 mile from the house\. Both Uber and Lyft are pretty popular in our area, but if you’re driving, there’s a LOT of street parking around our property and across the street\. Please don’t drink and drive, ride\-sharing is very cheap because of the short distances\. Lauderdale\) – 3\.6 miles \(13 min\. drive\) Sebastian Beach – 4\.5 miles \(15 min\. drive\) \- Just to reiterate, you will be sharing this house with us and our 2 loving Chihuahuas\. There is no private entrance to your room from outside the house\. \- Our home is clothing\-optional, both out in the pool area and inside the house\. If nudity offends you or you’re not into nudism, please let us know BEFORE you check in\. Otherwise, make yourself at home and enjoy\! POOL HEATING: the pool will be heated ONLY when the water temperature is below 80F, and it will reach the high 80s when heated\.
