The condo sleeps up to 6 with one king bed, one queen bed, and a full\-size sleeper sofa\. We are Pet\-friendly\! Pet fee is $125 per stay\. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed\. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival\. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware\. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends\. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage\. Pets have to be on leash when outside the backyard\. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting\. Failure to follow hot tub guidelines that results in misuse requiring draining, cleaning, and refilling will incur a $325 service fee\. \~\~ PARKING \~\~ One designated parking space is provided in the private lot, labeled 16\. Please park only in this assigned spot to avoid the risk of towing\. If you have more than one vehicle, street parking may be available nearby—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking\.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months\. You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage \(303 E State St, Traverse City\), located less than one mile from the property\. Local Tips: Walk to beaches, restaurants, or rent bikes nearby\.
