Come enjoy a wonderful stay at the popular Avida Residences Building in Puerto Vallarta's vibrant Zona Romantica\! This home will be your cosmopolitan home away from home as you check out the wonderful beaches, food, shopping and nightlife of our wonderful city\! You'll enjoy the thoughtful touches and additions the owner have made to this Super Studio style suite\. We're excited to host you, let us know if you have any questions\!            
\*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay\. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes\.
