Step into relaxation with this wonderfully appointed, well laid out 805 sq ft / 75m Super Studio unit\. Although defined as a studio, the condo feels like a one bedroom as the full floor to ceiling wall conceals the King Bed area almost completely and there is a lot of ample floor space\.  The unit can actually sleep four if needed as another queen sized super comfy murphy bed comes out of the wall behind the couch\. Cook away in the fully appointed kitchen with quartz counter tops and full sized home appliances for every need\. The comfortable living room features a Smart 55" TV with Netflix and Prime and a number of news apps for all your binge watching needs\. The bath features a rainfall shower head, dual sinks and full closet for wardrobe & personal safe\.  Work from home with ease with our super fast Telmex Wifi fibre optic service\.
The modern conveniences and thoughtful additions of this home will be a great resting spot during your time in this amazing part of the city\!  One of the wonderful things about this space is its location in the building, facing the quieter residential side it is one of the quietest units in the Avdia Building for a great restful sleep\.
