With 3 bedrooms, a den, and 3 bathrooms, this is the perfect place to create unforgettable family memories\. Located just outside of Breckenridge in the town of Blue River, it’s a short 10\-minute drive to historic Main Street Breckenridge and the parking areas for Breckenridge Ski Resort\. It’s the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge while still being close enough to head into town for drinks or dinner\. The living area is cozy with a gas fireplace and big windows with views of Quandary Peak\. There’s also a large flatscreen TV, making it the perfect place to relax and watch a movie with the family\. The attached dining area seats 8 and there’s room for 4 more at the kitchen counter\. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless\-steel appliances and has everything you need to keep the chef of the house happy\. Just off the dining area is the large deck where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views\.
