\~ Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city's most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne\.

\~ Bus — TriMet Route 12 \(Sandy/Burnside\) and Route 20 \(Burnside/Stark\) provide frequent service to downtown \(\~10 min\)\. Route 70 \(12th Ave\) also serves the area\.

\~ Biking — BIKETOWN bike\-share stations nearby\. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe\.

\~ Driving — Metered and free street parking available \(read signs for restrictions\)\. Rideshare \(Uber/Lyft\) typically arrives in under 5 minutes\.

\~️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations\.

Additional Notes:
My building has been fully renovated but the bones are still old\. The walls/ceilings can be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests and tenants in other units during your stay\.

Unfortunately, we don't have any on\-site parking available\. However, free street parking is available around the area with no time restrictions east of SE 12th\. We’ve always found it easy to find a spot within a block or so, you shouldn’t have any issues if you head into the neighborhood area above 12th Ave\.
