The sunken living area features a gas fireplace and a mounted flat screen TV\. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and there is a queen\-sized sleeper sofa\. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet\. There is a small table and two chairs off to the side, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee with the views\. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful treed views\.
