It is also important for guests to know that this is a mixed\-income, urban neighborhood\. $800,000 condos exist side\-by\-side with low\-income housing\. One block east of this property are a number of vacant properties that are in the process of being rehabbed, while just a few blocks southwest you'll find Findlay Market, where thousands of tourists and locals visit each weekend for Ohio's longest\-running farmers market and where condos sell for up to $800,000\. Please be prepared to see and experience people of all walks of life \-\- from homeless panhandlers to well\-paid lawyers and architects\.
