This boat slip and dock area of this property are impacted by seasonal water levels\. Between Labor Day and Memorial Day there is a water level reduction that creates low water levels and boat access, swimming, and water use from the dock is limited\. At the lowest levels which can be 6\-12 inches of water \- boat access is not possible \.
