Nestled just 1 mile south of Notre Dame, your family and friends will love staying in this cozy and updated house\.Just blocks to downtown and a 5min walk to the St James Riverwalk, Howard Park with its popular bars and restaurants and the South Bend Farmers Market\.  This house is conveniently located to everything South Bend has to offer\.
Whether you are here for a game or other ND event, a work trip or just visiting, this house is meant to be your comfortable and relaxing home away from home and with excellent 300mb wifi and 3 smart tv's there's plenty of places for everyone to relax\.The downstairs is setup with 2 comfy couches in front of a TV and the dining table just next to the full kitchen\.The kitchen has all brand new appliances, coffee maker, and all the accessories needed for cooking\.The downstairs master bed room has a king bed, tv,  dresser drawers, closet & hangers, a work desk and the downstairs bathroom with a walk\-in shower\.The upstairs has two bedrooms with closets & hangers\.  The larger room has 1 queen and 1 full beds and a tv, while the smaller room has 2 twin beds\.
Onsite laundry available with minimum stay of 7 nights, otherwise available for a small fee\.
