This 3 bedroom, 3\.5 bath home is conveniently located just 2 miles from Downtown Flagstaff and 2 miles from NAU campus\. You'll find the home well stocked and ready for your visit\. Enjoy hiking on Observatory Mesa at the back of the neighborhood and easy access to the highway as you explore the Grand Canyon and all the outdoor beauty of Northern Arizona\.

Your group will love that each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom\! 

While there is a full bedroom and bathroom on the first floor all of the common living areas are on the 2nd floor and accessed by a full flight of stairs\. 

Please note that there is no street parking at this home\. All vehicles must fit in the 2 car garage\. 

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip\! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay\. Absolutely no smoking on premises\. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge\.
