One level condo with an open living, kitchen and dining area\. The unit is approximately 1\.5 blocks to the beach\. There is off street parking for 2 cars\. This is a non smoking unit\. Dog Friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet\- Breed restrictions apply, no dangerous breeds\- Under 60lbs\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $217\.00\.
