Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside\. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home\. 
\-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside\. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins\. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine\.
\-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non\-refundable, i\.e\., SXSW, ACL, F\-1, etc\.
