The Red Clover is a sanctuary for you to connect and recharge\. Set on 13 acres of lush woods and meadows, with modern comforts and amenities, the Red Clover offers the ultimate retreat experience for groups looking for privacy and tranquility, with easy access to world\-class outdoor activities\. With a complete estate buyout, you and your guests will have exclusive access to 19 well\-appointed bedrooms and several common spaces for meals, meetings, and activities\. The estate can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests \(included\) and 150 day guests \(for additional fee\)\. We offer a variety of wedding and retreat packages including meals and activities that can be tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that your special event is everything you've dreamed of and more \(contact host for costs and details\)\. During your stay, you and your guests will have access to a wide range of outdoor activities in every season\. Some suites have oversize bath tubs, some are jetted tubs, and some are antique claw foot tubs\. Several rooms have lounge chairs and fire places in room\. The Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, a full kitchen and large living space downstairs, a full bathroom upstairs, and two half bathrooms downstairs\. A hold will be placed 2 days before check\-in and released 5 days after check\-out\. We reserve the right to withhold the Security Deposit after expiration or termination of Guest’s tenancy, and to deduct from the Security Deposit costs for extraordinary expenses or damages including, but not limited to, damage to the property, loss and/or misuse of personal property, excessive laundry and/or cleaning, or staining/damage to linens, towels, rugs, or furniture\. Lost or unreturned keys constitute damages and will incur a $180 replacement and administrative charge\. Lock\-outs are $150\. If expenses and/or damages exceed the amount of the Security Deposit, Guest shall be required to pay additional fees to restore our property to its pre\-rental condition within ten \(10\) days of your receipt of additional billing\. PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and recognize their importance to our families\. That being said, some of our rooms can accommodate a maximum of two non\-aggressive\-breed dogs, with a pet fee ranging from $75 per day per animal up to $375 per animal per stay to cover wear and tear\. Dogs over 25 lbs are not permitted\. Pets are only allowed in our Farmhouse and King Carriage House Suites\. Pets are NOT allowed in the MAIN INN\. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the dog\. Dogs must be well\-behaved and are not allowed on furniture \(please bring a dog bed for convenience\)\. Dogs must be crated if left home alone, and we highly recommend they be leashed when outside\. Our proximity to the woods allows for the possibility of wild animals nearby\. Please be courteous of other guests and pick up after your dog\. No cats allowed\. Service animals are not subject to pet fees or weight restrictions\. Please have your pet vaccination papers sent to us before arrival\. HOUSEKEEPING POLICY: Daily cleaning is not provided\. For stays of 7 nights or more, a midweek cleaning is available for an additional fee upon request\.
