This 4 bed, 3\.5 bath home in the heart of downtown Winter Park is conveniently located to the Lift Shuttle bus stop, shops, restaurants, Visitor Center, and Hideaway Park\. The main level of the home features a modern kitchen complete with appliances, gas range, granite counters, and hardwood flooring\. If you prefer an easy dinner with little mess, there is a gas grill located on the deck\. After a long day on the slopes, rivers, or trails, relax in the spacious living area while enjoying the 65 inch flat screen TV, corner fireplace, and large windows which provide plenty of natural lighting\. The large dining area accommodates 8 guests around a large rectangular table and provides easy access to a private balcony\. The dining and family room are ideal for entertaining as it has a large open space that features a fireplace, large TV and deck access which leads to a private Hot Tub\!\! There is a separate nook off the kitchen which features a table with seating for six guests as well balcony access\. A half bath is located conveniently on the main level\. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and en\-suite bathroom with soaking tub, glass shower stall and double sink vanity area\. The second bedroom, although a bit tight, offers a king bed and en\-suite bathroom\. The third bedroom also upstairs has a queen bed and spacious closet\. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the home twin over full bunk and twin trundle\. Adjacent to this bedroom is the third full bath and a second living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa and large wall mounted flat screen TV\. The powder room is on the main level\. This is a great townhome for 2 families or several couples\. For your convenience, this unit also offers an attached one car garage and one driveway parking spot as well as washer and dryer in the unit\. We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area\. We do not allow any open fire on property\. Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people\.
