## Description
Welcome to Lake Waukewan, the best kept secret of the Lakes Region\!  This authentic lakeside home and guest cottage offers a large sandy beach, sundeck and dock for your boat\. The large screened in porch wraps around half of the home and boasts the most amazing lakefront views and sounds\. In the main home there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms\.

On the main floor is the primary, complete with king bed and full bathroom right across the hall\. A nostalgic eat in family kitchen, coffee nook, living room, and wrap around old\-fashioned staircase occupy the center of the home\. Glass windows overlook the screen porch, promising unobstructed views of Lake Waukewan\. Step out onto the porch and relax, read a book, take a nap or have a family meal\. Feeling adventurous?  Pick a bunk and sleep right on the screened porch\!

The second floor of the main house has three bedrooms\. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds that face the lake and beach\. The third bedroom has two rooms with a queen bed and two twin beds\.   Walk through a common space area and find extra sleeping on the futon\. A 3/4 bathroom is also located off the common space\.

There is a charming and private bunk house with a queen bed, small sitting area, and 1/2 bathroom that is serenely tucked away next to the main house\.

The owner of this home has thought of everything for family fun\. A fire pit, three kayaks, two stand up paddle boards, floats, horseshoes, etc\.\.\.\. You won't want to leave the property once you are settled, and the groceries are unpacked\!
There is parking for four cars and a trailer\.

This is a dog friendly home\!  There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well\.
