Our gorgeous, newly refurbished 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms detached single storey villa is perfect for families sleeping a maximum of 8 guests\. Located at Tuscan Ridge it enjoys a prestigious resort style community in a beautiful countryside setting\. You can enjoy a private south\-east facing pool and spa\. There is a forest view to the front of the property with stunning sunset views\.
The living area provides an open plan space to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks\. The areas are spacious and have plenty of comfortable seating\. There are double doors that lead to the pool deck area; as well as a large 85” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and various lighting options to enhance your comfort\.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa\.
Hi speed Wi\-Fi and air con throughout the villa\.
Our fully fitted kitchen has everything you require and more\. A breakfast bar and stools complimented by the breakfast table in the quaint ‘nook’ overlooking the pool\.
There is a more formal dining area that features a table to seat 6 comfortably\.

Bedroom 1 is a Master Suite with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom\. There is direct access to the pool and deck area and a 42” TV

The double garage has been converted into a games room with various games including Air hockey, a pool table and various toys for the pool\.
Baby equipment can be provided upon request\.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental\.
Tuscan Hills community facilities include a clubhouse with a fully\-equipped gym, games room, children's play area, beach volleyball and tennis courts and a seating area for relaxing\.Guests are ideally located for the Disney attractions and local golf courses\. There is also a comprehensive selection of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, shops and evening entertainment available nearby\.
