\- No cell service: You will need to use the COORDINATES provided in the check\-in instructions and guidebook to reach the cabin\. Map systems may not work due to the recent addition of this road\.

\- For dogs: We do not allow puppies \(under 1 year old\), German Shepherds, or Huskies\.

\- We do not allow cats\.

\- If bringing a pet, a pet fee of $75 per pet is required\. Please message us to let us know, and we will send a request for the payment, or you can pay through the listing platform\.


\* The primary renter is  required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in\. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us\.
